It’s official. P.A.C.E Board has announced their 2012 Homecoming concert lineup. So here’s who’s coming to the Pace Gym in NYC on October 25.

You may know him from Kanye West’s single “Mercy” and Nicki Minaj’s “Beez in the Trap.” Or maybe even from his MTV VMA performance alongside Lil Wayne, who called him his “best friend” in a post-performance interview. Rapper 2 Chainz will be headlining this year’s concert!

Formerly one half of rap duo Playaz Circle, 2 Chainz went solo with his 2012 album Based on a “T.R.U. Story,” and his first single “No Lie” featuring Canadian rapper (and former Degrassi star) Drake debuted at number 45 on the Billboard Hot 100. He took home the People’s Champ Award for “No Lie” and Rookie of the Year Award at the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards.

Also on the bill, rapper, singer-songwriter, and electropopper Dev. She’s worked with Demi Lovato and David Guetta, her music was sampled in Far East Movement’s popular “Like a G6,” she’s duetted with Enrique Iglesias for a single on her latest album, and she’s one of MTV’s artists to watch for 2012. So watch her!

British singer-songwriter and actress Rita Ora is huge in her home country. Her debut album “Ora” is number one and she was the first artist in 2012 to have three consecutive number one singles on the UK charts. She’s worked with will.i.am, Tinie Tempah, and Kanye, toured with Coldplay, and even made a cameo on Jay-Z’s “Young Forever,” which went over so well, he signed her to his Roc Nation label. And now, she’s showing the NYC Campus what’s “Hot Right Now.”

Hot 97’s DJ SPYNFO and DJ Enferno, who cut samples and assisted in remix productions for Madonna’s Sticky and Sweet tour, will be on the turntables.

Tickets are just $10 for Pace students and $20 for guests if you buy them in advance. If any tickets are left, they will be $15 at the door for Pace students and $30 for guests.

Doors open at 8:00 p.m. and the show starts at 9:15 p.m. For more on P.A.C.E Board’s events, like them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter @PACEBOARDNYC.

Jammies and Jammin’

From a pajama jammie jam to jamming on the guitar, P.A.C.E Board gives you parties and performances.

Ever have one of these @paceproblems? Laying around in your PJs and everybody’s texting you to go out #ughNYCdresscodes. Don’t bother putting on the jeans on October 11. Bring your PJs, pillow, and a pal over to the Student Union as P.A.C.E Board presents their first sleepy soiree of the semester: a Pajama Jammie Jam.

WPUB’s Selecta Sim will be spinning, pillows and feathers will be flying, and you’ll be doing anything but snoozing from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. The event is free and open to the public, but you must bring your ID. Doors close at 11:00 p.m. so make sure to arrive early.

And one of the most anticipated events, Amateur Night, returns to campus this semester. But before you can judge the competition, P.A.C.E Board needs to find the talent.

If you’re ready and willing to take the stage and think you have what it takes, you’ll need to audition during one of the following times:

October 15–12:20 p.m.-1:15 p.m.
October 16–3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
October 17–4:00 p.m.
October 18–6:00 p.m.

Please bring you audition music. Auditions will be held in the P.A.C.E Board Office in 41 Park Row, 9th floor Room 914. Contact paceboardnyc@gmail.com with any questions.
