Make a Difference

Pace made so much of a difference last fall that we couldn’t wait until October for the next one. So let’s roll up our sleeves and get volunteering at the 2nd Annual Pace Makes a Difference Day: Spring Edition!

Each semester, Pace students, faculty, and staff spend a day doing good around the community: clearing nature trails around Rockefeller State Park, working with the SPCA of Briarcliff, planting gardens and painting schools, facilitate games and other activities with members of the Loft, and more as part of the PLV Campus’ Pace Makes a Difference Day.

But why wait until the fall? Get your volunteer on as the Center for Community Action and Research, with support from SDCA, and the Dean of Students, hosts the 2nd Annual Pace Makes a Difference Day—Spring Edition on Saturday, April 13.

Volunteer locations include the Loft (LGBT community service center), the Sharing Shelf (a clothing distribution program), Hilltop Hanover Farms (crop farm and environmental education facility), and an on-campus electronic recycling event co-sponsored with NATURE.
