Also at the Law School, on April 6, is the annual Lloyd K. Garrison Lecture on Environmental Law. This year’s lecture features Daniel A. Farber, Sho Sato Professor of Law at UC Berkeley, on “Sustainable Consumption and Communities: Bringing the American Way of Life into the Twenty-First Century.” This lecture will present a vision for putting people front-and-center in sustainability—a vision that focuses on how people live their daily lives in their communities—and also explore legal strategies for implementing that vision.
