Black and Proud Week

You may have missed Soul Train and empowerment night events this week, but BSU’s Black and Proud Week continues with a little game of Guess That Film, a talent show, a night of laughs at a comedy club, and scrumptious soul food dinner.

Black Student Union (BSU) rounds out their Black and Proud Week with a bunch of events that are filling up your social calendars and your stomachs.

Tonight, February 10, put your trivia knowledge to the test at Guess That Film, where people will perform movie scenes from significant African American movies as you name that movie!

Friday nights are for singing, dancing, poetry, or whatever your hidden talent may be. Perform at a Night of Black Expression talent showcase on February 11.

Saturday night’s all right for laughing. Get your L-O-L’s on at a comedy club as BSU sponsors a trip to Comic Strip Live, home of comedy legends Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, and more, in NYC on February 12.

The Sunday night special is soul food, as BSU offers up some servings of southern fried chicken, baked mac and cheese, southern style collard greens, corn bread, and more for $2, on February 13 at Soul Food Dinner.

Stay in the know about BSU events on Facebook.
