Searching for Light in a Dark World

The Human Experience is an award-winning documentary about two brothers who go on a search for the meaning of life, living among the homeless on the streets of NYC, visiting orphanages in Peru and lepers in Ghana. On February 7, see the moving film and meet the men who made it happen.

Who am I? Why do we search for meaning? The answers to these questions will not be the same for all of us, but on February 7, join the Pace Community on the NYC Campus as two brothers show us how their lives changed forever in the the award-winning documentary The Human Experience.

Follow their journey as they spend the coldest week of winter living on the streets of  NYC, discussing hope and the meaning of life with homeless people; travel to an orphanage in Peru to aid abandoned and disabled children; and get advice from lepers in Ghana.

This life-changing documentary will encourage you to take a deeper look at things that we often take for granted or on which we put too much emphasis.

The event is from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Schimmel Theatre and free to the Pace Community. The directors and stars of the film will be there to answer questions.
