A Sophomore Soiree

You may be feeling like it’s all about the first-year students this week. But trade your frowns for food and fun, as the CAE hosts the Sophomore Kick-Off party to put your middle-child woes to rest.

On September 4, sophomores will be in the spotlight at the Sophomore Kick-Off from 12:15 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. in the Gottesman Room and Patio on the PLV Campus, featuring free food, free t-shirts and giveaways, fun activities, and more.

Students will also have the opportunity to take a few minutes to participate in a special community service project: assembling homework kits for needy children in the community.

So stop by and mix, mingle, and make new friends, all while contributing to a good cause.

Co-sponsored by the Center for Academic Excellence, Dean for Students Office, and the Center for Community Action and Research.
