Attention international students: Find out what’s involved in the sponsorship process when conducting a full-time job search in the United States at the International Job Search Seminar from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on February 28. Guest speakers include an attorney specializing in Immigration Law, a sponsored student, and representatives from Career Services and the International Students and Scholars Office.
Want to learn how to shmooze with recruiters, market yourself most effectively, and make the most of your time during the upcoming Spring 2012 Career Fair? Well, you’re in luck because on February 29, Career Services brings you the How to Work a Career Fair and 30-Second Pitch workshop.
Stop by Career Services any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm. on March 5-7 for resume review and help, job search advice, and more at Open House right before the Big Kahuna. That’s right jobseekers and seekettes, we’re talking about the NYC Spring 2012 Job and Internship Fair. On March 7, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with professionals and learn about internship and full-time career paths in various industries. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the One Pace Plaza Gym will be filled with more than 50 employers looking to hire you! At the Law School, public, private, and government employers from New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut will be looking for Pace’s legal eagles on March 1 as the Center for Career and Professional Development hosts the 5th Annual Winter Career Fair from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Tudor Room in Preston Hall. Students will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of legal areas and career paths and discuss them with the local practitioners.
