Prepare to be floored as Pace’s student choreography class and choreographers showcase their passion, creativity, and masterful moves on the Schimmel stage as they present DanceSpace at Pace University on December 16 at 3:00 p.m.

With choreography by Pace Choreographer-in-Residence Brian Friedman, who’s choreographed some of the most known music videos and performances such as Britney Spears’ Toxic and Slave 4 U, The One by Prince, NSYNC’s Dirty Pop, and many more for artists such as Beyonce, Usher, Pink, and Hilary Duff; Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark and Cirque du Soleil  choreographer and dancer Cherice Barton; performer and choreographer, Jeremy Duvall; musical writer and performer Gregg Russell; and Pace’s very own Lauren Gaul, who spent 10 years as a Radio City Rockette, and Rhonda Miller, director of the Commercial Dance program and choreographer to the stars. This is a show you’re not going to want to miss.

Last year Pace’s Performing Arts Department knocked your socks off with its first-ever dance showcase. Back by popular demand is Dance Out Loud on April 29 and 30 at the Schimmel Theater on the NYC Campus.

Conceived and directed by Rhonda Miller, one of the most sought-after choreographers in the country and director and lecturer of dance at Pace, the performance will feature more than 50 Pace students getting their tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip hop, and contemporary dance on.

Shows are Friday, April 29, at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 30, at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $8 for students and seniors, $12 for everyone else, and can be reserved in advance by e-mailing
