Out in the Workplace – Fifth Annual Community Collaboration

Share ways to build inclusive environments for LGBT employees, students, and allies. The event will kick off with networking, followed by a panel presentation of corporate and higher education professionals and students, and will end with community and employment-based resources for all participants. Participating employers include the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Out for Work, and Gay City News. Partnering universities include Baruch College, Columbia University, Fordham University, John Jay, New York Institute of Technology, and Pace University.

New York Transgender Health Conference

A conference on transgender care and the universal right to health! Join Community Healthcare Network, in collaboration with Callen-Lorde, APICHA, the LGBT Center, Beth Israel-Continuum Health Partners, the Anti-Violence Project, BOOM Health, and GMHC for a conference on transgender healthcare in New York City. Hear from medical professionals, organization leaders, elected officials, and individuals who identify as transgender about various topics impacting the health of the transgender community and gain insight into the needs of and work being done within the transgender community. Lunch will be served, along with afternoon breakaway sessions.
