Confucius Institute Turns Four

The Confucius Institute at Pace celebrates four success years on May 4 with guest speaker Ann Lee, an awards ceremony, raffles, cake, and more!

From Mandarin language courses to  “take-out” courses designed to teach basic Chinese to professionals in banking, nursing, hotels, and restaurants, to Ba Duan Jin, Taiji, and Chinese Calligraphy, and so much more, the Confucius Institute at Pace University has been has providing first-class Chinese language and cultural education, resources, and services to the community for the last four years.

On May 4, join the Confucius Institute at a Fourth Anniversary Celebration from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room. The event will feature guest speaker Ann Lee, author of What the US Can Learn from China, a prolific commentator on economic issues in various forms of media (Bloomberg, CNN, NPR, New York Times, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal).  There will also be a brief classroom demo, awards ceremony, raffle, and cake cutting.  The event is open to the public. RSVP to ci@pace.edu.
