The Bard Is Back!
Thrilling, thy name is Shakespeare’s Globe. Both the NYC and PLV campuses are about to get Shaken up as one of the world’s most renowned Shakespeare companies returns to Pace for the third time.
Following a widely-acclaimed tour and run at the Globe in 2011, a handful of players will perform a raw, thrillingly elemental production of Hamlet. This engaging and youthful production has political conspiracy, obsession, violence, depth, humor, and tragedy. Catch the act-ion at the Schimmel Theater October 2-7, or bring picnics, blankets, and lawn chairs, for a free performance on the lawn between the Miller building and the lake in PLV on September 28 at 3:00 p.m.
Pace students can purchase $5 tickets for the Schimmel performances two hours before the show with a valid ID.
It would be a calamity to miss this, so visit schimmel.pace.edu or call (212) 346-1715 for more information.
