Connecting with Friends and Family in Japan

In light of the recent tragedy in Japan, Pace is establishing calling centers on the NYC and PLV campuses for the Pace Community to make free phone calls to their loved ones in Japan.

In light of the recent tragedy in Japan, Pace would like to reach out and offer our heartfelt support to those within the Pace Community that have been personally affected.

We have established a “Connect with your loved ones in Japan” calling center in the International Student Services office until April 10. Any Pace Community member will be able to make a free phone call to Japan in office W207 on the second floor of One Pace Plaza on Mondays and Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Calls can also be made from Kessel 213 on the Pleasantville Campus. Please e-mail Cindy Cullen at ccullen@pace.edu to arrange a time to make a phone call from PLV. These centers will enable members of the Pace Community to make a free phone call to their loved ones in Japan. Additionally, please be aware that Verizon is offering its customers free calls to Japan now through April 10. During these difficult times it is important to remember that we all cope in different ways and if you need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to contact the Counseling Center on your home campus.
