Spring Sports Round-up

Spring has almost sprung and with it comes the best of Setters sports. Catch the baseball season opener, take a swing at tennis, and be sure to see the women’s basketball team in the first round of the Northeast-10 Conference playoffs.

The basketball season winds down and heats up as the women’s basketball team goes up against St. Anselm in the first round of the Northeast-10 Conference playoffs this Sunday, February 27, at 1:00 p.m. in the Goldstein Fitness Center. Be sure you’re there to support your Setters as they make their way through the playoff season.

The men’s and women’s tennis teams have the home court advantage as they go up against Franklin Pierce this Sunday, February 27, at 2:00 p.m. in Pleasantville. And if you have the chance, check out Setters tennis Friday, March 4, at 11:00 a.m. at Adelphi.

But don’t forget about the other Setters sports coming your way this spring—take yourself out to the ball game for the season opener on  Sunday, February 27, where Pace and Bloomfield play a doubleheader starting at 11:00 a.m. And check out our winning lacrosse team, who travel to Worcester, MA on March 19 for their Northeast-10 Conference opener against Assumption College after showing they don’t Mes-a-round with their 11-7 win over Mesa State.
