Paceopoly Goes to Paris

Have you given Spring Break 2011 any thought yet? It’s not too early to start thinking about how you can bid au revoir to winter and bonjour to culture for a week or more in March. Don’t spend your week off laying on a couch in sweatpants watching The View while your friends are off making documentaries in Belize and swimming with the turtles in Barbados.

Get off the couch, DVR The View and we’ll let you bring your sweatpants to one of our awe-inspiring destinations all over the world this spring break.

For those of you who can’t bear the thought of spending an entire semester away from New York, faculty-led travel courses are  the way to go! Dive into the culture in Argentina; Travel to Paris for a Tale of Two Cities in the Literary Imagination; Do good and have a good time in Barbados; Produce a documentary in Belize; Research healthcare delivery systems in the Netherlands; Study international business in China or Brazil. Forget Cancun and Daytona: the sky is the only limit here!

Deposits are due before December 1, so you have to act soon! Read more about travel courses and if spring break won’t work out for you, make sure to check out the travel courses taking off after the semester ends. Your flight to Rome the Eternal City leaves on May 19 and you can watch a video of what would be in store for you here.

If  reading all this has given you the travel itch and leaving New York doesn’t seem so bad after all, scratch it with some full semester and year abroad opportunities. Visit the Study Abroad site for more info!
